About The Partnership

In December 2005, a series of agreements were signed between Strauss Group (Elite Strauss at the time) and the Lima family of Brazil and companies under its control, with the goal of consolidating both groups’ activity in Brazil through the establishment of a joint concern, where each would have equal partnership in the new entity that would control both sides of their businesses in Brazil.
