The company keeps up a constant dialogue with employees on  regular basis in each of the company’s sites.  Feedback channels that are set up between corporate management and employees include focus groups on various subjects, a bi-annual opinion survey whose results are analyzed and presented to the management team and returned to the employees as an operative work plan for improvement.

Strauss has a long tradition of corporate responsibility and community involvement.  In the last five years, the company has been ranked highest in the Ma’ala corporate responsibility index. The Group is involved in dozens of community projects in various communities it operates in. Within this framework, much emphasis is placed on improving processes with the goal of managing the corporate responsibility in the most advanced manner in various areas; employment terms, human rights, suppliers, quality of the environment, ethics, marketing, consumption and more. All this stems from the responsibility of developing quality products, that are healthy and indulging and at the same time, contribute to the establishment of a healthy society.
