Ariella Shipenbaur-Weiss Selected As One of 50 Most Promising Women in Israel

Ariella Shipenbaur-Weiss, Marketing Manager at Strauss Frito-Lay, was selected as one of the 50 most promising women in Israel within the framework of a special project organized by the “Kalkalist” the economic business section on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

 

The project was initiated due to the understanding that nowadays women leaders are a growing trend and that their presence in management improves the bottom line.

 

The focus was on young promising women, with a long track record of achievements that are poised to become social and economic leaders in Israel in the coming years.

 

The main criterion in selecting the women was “promise” – women with impressive accomplishments that have a promising career laid out before them. The recommendations and selections were made by Kalkalist reporters and their website visitors. In the final stage 200 candidates were accepted and the choice was made by gathering data and cross referencing various opinions received by reporters and from conversations with direct superiors, colleagues and competitors.

 

The reasoning behind the choice: Ariella is considered one of the most successful and promising marketing women, not necessarily just in food, with the ability to meet challenges head on, to reach various audiences and conquer market shares. Thanks to training at PepsiCo, in addition to being an importer to Israel her analytical abilities extend to the international market.
