How do we take the Israeli hummus “gospel” to the world and how do we connect managers who come from different cultures and countries to the “hummus way “?
We bring them to Israel for a visit – To explore authentic hummus bars and Mediterranean restaurants, so that they can experience numerous hummus varieties, servings, flavors and aroma.
During a recent visit by the PepsiCo-Strauss team in Israel, they took part in various enjoyable activities, such as professional lectures at the Strauss Corporate Center, a tour of hummus bars, a practical workshop with Chef Erez Komorowski in the Western Galilee, and a tour at historical sites in Jerusalem, Acre and Nazareth.
This visit enabled guests and hosts alike to share professional knowledge and, of course, learn from each other’s experiences.
