Dalia was a member of the Strauss Coffee Leadership Team as well as the Israel Management Team, and after six years on the job requested to step down. Dalia has led the coffee division in Israel to very impressive business results, including multiple-year growth in both sales and profits, enhancing Strauss’ leading coffee position in Israel, boosting the positioning of the Elite Coffee brand, and business development processes such as entering the coffee shop category through the acquisition of Coffee To Go, and entering the Office Coffee Services category.”
