Notice to Strauss-Elite Consumers

Strauss apologizes to its customer public and wishes to inform consumers that it has broadened the voluntary recall to include all products of the chocolate and confectionery factory: Elite chocolate, Elite cakes, Elite wafers, Energy cereal bars, Energy chocolate-coated rice cakes, chewing gum and toffees, bearing all “best before” dates.

The company will resume operations at the factory in ‘Nof HaGlil’ only when all faults have been remedied in full, and the products are absolutely safe for consumption.

In addition to the actions we are taking to address and rectify the incident and after listening to our consumers, every customer who contacts us will be doubly compensated for the Elite chocolate products he or she purchased.
