Fulfilling the Wish of Livnat Kutz
Ziv Levy, manager of the Strauss coffee factory in Lod, tragically lost his sister, Livnat, and her entire family in the terrorist attack in Kfar Aza.
Livnat was meant to celebrate her 50th birthday today. Instead of receiving gifts, she requested her loved ones and friends to contribute an hour of their time to volunteer for others.
To honor her final wish, the Strauss community commemorated the day through donations to support security forces, evacuated families, and senior citizens. We encouraged our people to volunteer in crafting sweet cakes and cookies.
Employees from the coffee and operations divisions expressed, “We didn’t anticipate the magnitude of the response when we issued a call within Strauss.” “In a brief span, we received an abundance of cakes, congratulatory cookies, drawings, and heartfelt messages, all accompanied by requests to convey them alongside the donated boxes.” We carefully packed these delectable items in specially labeled packages produced by Be’eri Print to boost business in the southern region.”
The sweet packages, accompanied by boxes of Strauss products, were distributed throughout the day to military bases, evacuation centers, and senior citizens whom we support year-round.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to Ziv and the family.
